In response to the needs of the community, the work of Agape began in 2005.  It was registered in 2008. AGAPE is established for the purpose of demonstrating the love of God to individuals, families and communities so as to enable them to develop to their full potential. Our beneficiaries are children and families from Sophia, Turkeyen, Liliendaal, Pattensen, and Cummings Lodge. We currently serve vulnerable youth, orphans, abused children, families living in poverty, families affected by HIV, and families caring for members with a chronic illness.  Of the125 families which we currently serve, more than 80% are female headed households.
